| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the National Primary Health Care Development Agency to, among other things, provide support to the National Health Policy, and technical support to the planning, management and implementation of primary health care. Makes provision for functions, staff and funds of the Agency. Also provides for the establishment of primary health care zones. |
