| Abstract/Citation: | Makes adjustments between the period of validity of Plans for Employment of Expatriates and Permits for Employing Expatriates. Plans for Employment of Expatriates constitute a requirement for obtaining permits to employ expatriates. Permits are granted for a maximum of 5 years, and can be extended by considering the need for employment and the condition of the domestic labour market. |
