Abstract/Citation: Contains numerous amendments, incl. additional and repealed provisions, covering, inter alia, ss. 8(18, 52) (payment of sickness benefit), 16(8) and 17(8) (daily cash benefits, sickness benefits, child care benefits are placed on equal footing with work income), 25(3) (sanctions for employer not complying with certain obligations), 25(13) (possibility for authority to depart from the Act in case of experimental work) in the National Insurance Act. Amends and adds several sections covering, inter alia, ss. 24 (duties for receiver of benefits), 25 (duty for authority to search for information upon calculating and paying benefits), 26 (rules in case of payment exceeding entitlements) and 26a (reimbursement of benefit) of the Act (No. 26 of 1957) respecting the coordination of pension and insurance benefits.
