Abstract/Citation: Provides for the categories of beneficiaries: children-orphans and children left without the tutorship of their parents staying in specialized institutions, children with limited possibilities of development, disabled children staying in boarding organizations. Full State assistance includes living expenses, food, clothing, medical assistance, school books and equipment. The State shall also grant partial assistance to several other categories of citizens: children from large families, children from families receiving social assistance, and children under wardship or trusteeship.
