Abstract/Citation: Provides that the employer and the employee shall agree on the normal working hours by specifying the time of commencement and end of work. In one day it shall not exceed twelve hours, and total working hours in one week shall not exceed forty-eight hours. Also makes provision for determination of wages in case the agreed time for normal working day exceeds eight hours.
