Abstract/Citation: Regulates employment of children who have not completed 16 years of age. Employment of children who have not completed 14 years of age is prohibited. Makes provision for information to be furnished with regard to employment of children; approval to be obtained; certificates of eligibility to be obtained; hours of employment; remuneration and facilities; health and safety of children; dispute concerning age; register, inspections and removal from employment; penalties and appeals, as well as some related matters. Contains a list of hazardous work that is prohibited to employ children for.
