Abstract/Citation: Establishes safety provisions with respect to the repair and demolition of tanks, drums and work in confined spaces. Places restrictions on any welding, brazing or soldering of tanks, drums or other vessels. Provides for the liscensing of work involving the demolition of large tanks or vessels. Regulates work in confined spaces with respect to fumes, sludge and ventilation.
