Abstract/Citation: Amends Social Security and Supplemental Security Income Disability Regulations in order to clarify the consideration of "age" as a vocational factor and to better explain the consideration of the transferability of skills for individuals who are of "advanced age" in deciding whether such individuals can make an adjustment to other work.
