Abstract/Citation: Provides that insurance companies will go private in the following steps: 20 percent of the public capital in each insurance company will be transformed into the property of the capital fund of the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute, 10 percent into the property of the Slovenian Indemnity Fund, 10 percent will pass to the War Damages Fund and the remaining 60-percent share will become State property. The State will allocate half of its 60-percent share to the First Pension Fund.
