Second Region

Establishes regulatations governing the conditions of employment for workers employed in hotels, retail spirit shops, liquor stores, taverns, restaurants, cookshops and parlours. Provides for the minimum wages of the various classes of employees in these sectors. Regulates overtime rates, lunch breaks, accomodations, weekly holidays, training, and the availability of first aid provisions. Sets penalties for offences.
