Abstract/Citation
Regulates the payment of social security contributions for persons living abroad. Treats the continuation of employment outside of Dominica as insurable employment. Grants persons who are not gainfully employed outside of Dominica as well as self-employed persons working abroad with the option of becoming voluntary contributors. Treats certain persons (diplomatic and consular workers as well as any of their domestic servants) as normal residents of Dominica even when working abroad.
