Abstract/Citation: Makes provision for Northern Ireland corresponding to that made by the Employment Relations Act 1999. It amends the law relating to employment, to trade unions and collective bargaining, leave for family reasons, disciplinary and grievance hearings, The Industrial Court, the Agency, Commissioners and the Certifcation Officer. Also makes miscellaneous and transitional amendments.
