Abstract/Citation: Regulates the general functions of the National Criminal Intelligence Squad and the National Crime Squad. Regulates entry on and interference with property and with wireless telegraphy in the course of the prevention of serious crime. Governs the Police Information Technology Organisation. Provides for the issue of certificates about criminal records and about the administration and organisation of the police. Repeals certain enactments about the rehabilitation of offenders. Makes regulations regarding discipline and complaints.
