Establishes tribunal procedures and conciliation procedures. Part Two governs employment appeals tribunals. Establishes tribunal membership and procedures. Regulates the enforcement of appeal tribunals. Part Three makes supplementary provisions including how the Act applies to public employees. The Schedules make consequential amendments, repeals and revocations. |
