Abstract/Citation: Amends and consolidates the law relating to industrial tribunals. Part One governs the composition and jusrisdiction of industrial tribunals. Establishes tribunal procedures and conciliation procedures. Part Two governs employment appeals tribunals. Establishes tribunal membership and procedures. Regulates the enforcement of appeal tribunals. Part Three makes supplementary provisions including how the Act applies to public employees. The Schedules make consequential amendments, repeals and revocations.
