| Abstract/Citation: | Amends a regulation of the Teachers (Compensation for Premature Retirement and Redundancy) (Scotland) Regulations 1996. Makes the amendment so that the amount of compensation is reduced also by any redundancy payment to which the teacher is entitled under the Employment Rights Act 1996. |
