Section 69 of the Unemployment Act provides that the National Institute for Social Security may provide subsidies for temporary projects which aim to reduce applications for benefits under the Unemployment Act. This Decree enumerates conditions and requirements which shall be observed by the National Institute for Social Security when granting such subsidies.
