| Abstract/Citation: | Limits the type of entities that are entitled to apply for a permit to employ foreigners to entities listed in art. 1. Applications to employ foreigners must be accompanied by a Manpower Plan as defined in the regulation, taking into account implementing regulations to Presidential Decision No. KEP-64/MEN/1984. Applications for permission to employ foreigners in sectors not regulated by this Presidential Decision shall be decided pursuant to the availability of nationals, capital interests and transfer of technology. |
