Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive regulations regarding radiation protection. Defines controlled apparatus and facilities, prescribes activity levels, and sets forth the activities of the Radiation Health and Safety Advisory Council, the Radiation Health Committee, and the Nuclear Safety Committee. Also regulates licences, dose limits, and exposure limits for non-ionizing radiation. Made under the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Act 1998.
