Second Region

Concerns the relationship between the apprentice and the master craftsman or the company, contractual conditions, and annulation. The authority for this Regulation is based on Act. No. 80 of 1996 on Secondary Schools. It repeals Regulation No. 560 of 1995 regarding crafts, apprenticeship and master craftsmen.
