Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation concerning radiation. Part 6 concerns radiation safety and protection. Provides for the formulation of a radiation safety plan, appointment of radiation safety officers, radiation monitoring, and notification of dangerous events. Part 9 establishes a Radiation Advisory Council. Repeals the Radioactive Substances Act 1958.
