Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (USC 213(c)) to allow employees who are 17 years of age to drive automobiles or trucks for work purposes under certain conditions. Inter alia, driving by such young employees must take place during daylight hours, the truck may not exceed 6,000 pounds, and the driving may not involve towing, route deliveries, transportation of passengers, and urgent or time-sensitive deliveries.
