Amends 20 CFR Part 404 (Federal Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance (1950- ) to take into account section 310 of the Social Security Independence and Program Improvements Act of 1994. S. 310 provides that the guaranteed primary insurance amount is to be used in establishing the maximum family benefit.
