Abstract/Citation: Provides the conditions for, rate of and entitlement to injury benefits. Specifies the duration of an injury benefit. Also sets the entitlement to and rate of a disability benefit, a funeral grant and a death benefit. Makes provisions on the payment of medical expenses. Makes special provisions for, inter alia, the entitlement to more than one benefit and for the refund of benefits improperly paid.
