Abstract/Citation: Provides for the payment of allowances to certain categories of workers and their dependents where such workers are displaced as the direct result of the coming into operation of the Bridgetown Harbour. Defines "displaced worker" for the purposes of the Act. Establishes a Displaced Workers Allowances Board to provide and administer funds designated for displaced persons. Sets the appointment of officers of the Board as well as Board funding. Gives the Board the power to make regulations. Obligates the Board to keep proper financial records and to submit an annual report of its transactions.
