Abstract/Citation: Amends the Civil Servant (Employment) Act (333/1979), Wage Act (54/1956), Pension Act (340/1965), Contract Employment Act (86/1948), Provincial Teachers Act (302/1984), Provincial Agricultural Teacher Act (296/1985), Duties of Teachers Act (244/1965), Federal Employees Representation Act (133/1967), Unpaid Leave Act (395/1974), Judges Service Act (305/1961), Job Announcement Act (85/1989), Maternity Protection Act (221/1979), Parental Leave Act (651/1989), State Theatre Pension Act (1958/159), and the Civil Servant Sickness and Accident Insurance Act (200/1967). The amendments concern disciplinary procedures against civil servants, other employment allowed for certain civil servants, and retirement.
