Abstract/Citation: Requires employers in the construction industry to take measures to implement relevant provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Protection Act and to prepare a safety plan for every construction project. Construction works undertaken by several employers shall require the appointment of a safety coordinator to harmonize safety procedures between the employers.
