Abstract/Citation: Allows owners of small-scale enterprises to apply for registration as a micro or small-scale business enterprise. Registered enterprises shall qualify for financial relief under the Fiscal Incentives Act, 1974, provided that they are considered to be in a priority area and have achieved significant growth and created employment in the past 2 years, and if they operate in an environment-friendly manner.
