| Abstract/Citation: | Final rule from the Office of Personnel Management to make changes in the salary offset regulations to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Program 1996. The amendments relate to the roles played by disbursing officials and debt collection centres with respect to salary offset. Also included are new expedited salary offset procedures for certain types of recent or small amount debts. |
