Abstract/Citation: Prohibits discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, religion, colour, ethnic origin, indigenous population, national extraction, social origin, economic status, political opinion, disability, family responsibilities, pregnancy, marital status and age in matters related to employment. S. 8 prohibits sexual harassment. Also provides for equal remuneration for equal work, discrimination on the part of partnerships, trade unions, and employment agencies, as well as discrimination with regard to goods and services.
