Abstract/Citation: Amends the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Code (Cap. 27). Makes amendments to the defininitions of the terms industrial action, temporary employee, suspension, redundancy, sick leave and termination of employment. A new section C20 provides for a minimum of six weeks' maternity leave for pregnant workers, during which an employee shall receive at least 40 per cent of the normal wage.
