Second Region

Act to amend the Labour Relations Act 1956 [LS 1956 - SA 1, 1959 - SA 2], so as to further regulate the functions, and the appointment of additional members, of the industrial court; apply the provisions of the said Act to chief administrative officers of local authorities, except in so far as the negotiation and determination of their remuneration are concerned; determine the effect of certain agreements; delete a certain provision relating to the reference to arbitration of certain disputes in connection with departmental heads of local authorities; provide for certain appeals to the Minister of Manpower; and further regulate the exclusion of certain areas from the operation of certain wage regulating measures; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
