Abstract/Citation: Amends the Immigration and Naturalization Service Regulations by providing additional exceptions to the deadlines for initial registration for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Eligible persons who did not register for TPS because they are or were in a condition that made it unecessary or discouraged registration during the initial registration period may now apply for late registration.
