Second Region

Sets forth a National Action Program of Indonesian Human Rights and establishes a National Committee which shall promote the ratification and implementation of international human rights instruments and provide human rights education. The attached National Action Program sets forth a schedule for the ratification of human rights instruments, including the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the Slavery Convention, the Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Persons and the Exploitation of the Prostitution of Others, and the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families.
