Abstract/Citation: Provides for the right to strike and protection from being forced to participate in a strike. Strikes shall be preceded by a period of negotiation, and strikes must be approved by three-fourths of a trade union's members. Defines which types of essential services may not strike. Strikes shall be monitored by the National Labour Inspectorate, which shall have the authority to interrupt or postpone a strike. Full-text version available on-line.
