Abstract/Citation: Sets forth regulations regarding employment accident benefit. Provides for the the manner in which appeals against certificates of recoverable benefits may be made and the procedure to be followed where such an appeal is made. Also makes provision for applications to the chairmen of medical appeal tribunals for leave to appeal to Social Security Commissioners.
