| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to provide for a compliance assistance programme. Such a programme shall provide education and training for employees and employers in occupational safety and health matters, and optional on-site consultation for employers wishing to maintain a safe working environment. |
