Abstract/Citation: Inter alia, repeals the Act on Settlement Procedures for Labour Disputes of 1958. Authorises the Ministry of Interior to prescribe measures for labour protection in regard to working hours, rest periods, holidays, etc.; work by women and children; minimum wages, compensation for occupational injuries or diseases; and health and safety (s. 2). Establishes a Compensation Fund in the Labour Department (s. 3). Provides for the appointment of an attorney for an indigent employee with a prima facie case against his or her employer (s. 6). Sets forth penalties and addresses other matters.
