Provides for the means of examination and settlement of the dispute (conciliation commission, independent arbitration, labour arbitration). Other provisions relate to the rights and obligations of the parties to the dispute, the national service of conciliation and arbitration, and strikes (inter alia, right to strike, guarantees to workers during a strike).
