Abstract/Citation: Amends requirements for eligibility for Medicaid for two parent families (who previously could only be eligible if they were unemployed). Regulates Medicaid coverage for two parent families, coordination of Medicaid with Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, and increases incentives for full-time work. Made under the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act 1996.
