Abstract/Citation: Amends Chapter 4 of the National Insurance Act (i.e., objectives, loss of income, definition of job seekers, rules governing daily cash benefit, coordination in case of receipt of other benefits), subs. 21 (15) (unemployment benefit), 22(7) (reimbursement claim) and miscellaneous provisions. Amends ss. 32 (division of competence between authorities), 33 (delay of appeal) and 35 (reimbursement claim) of the Act (No. 9 of 1947) respecting measures to promote employment. Amends subsections 11(2) (competent authorities) and 13(5) (appeal) of the Act (No. 9 of 1966) respecting complaints to the Insurance Court. Repeals two Acts (Nos. 86 and 89 of 1993) that amend the National Insurance Act (No. 12 of 1966).
