| Abstract/Citation: | Prohibits the detainment, trade, or selling of women or children under the age of 18 for sexual purposes, as well as conspiracy to commit such acts. Provides law enforcement authorities with powers of search, inspection of women and children, and detainment of women and children if they are suspected of being victims of trafficking. Repeals the Act regarding trade in women and girls, 1928 (B.E. 2471). |
