Abstract/Citation: Prohibits rape, sex with minors, incest, and certain sexual acts. S. 10 prohibits sexual intercourse between an employer and a minor employee under the age of 16. Part II prohibits the procurement of minors or adults for prostitution and prohibits prostitution, the maintenance of brothels, and living off the earnings of prostitution. Part III regards court proceeding in cases of sexual offences. Repeals the Sexual Offences Act (Ch 10:36) and sections of the Offences against the Person Act (Ch. 10:31) and the Small Charges Act (Ch. 10:39).
