Adds subsections 2 (book-keeping rules) to s. 8, subsections 3 and 4 (solvency limits) to s. 83a, ss. 83b-e (financial rules of activity and solvency guarantee rules), subparagraph 4 (liquidation of insurance fund) to s. 111 (1), and subsections 2 and 3 (financial liability limits) to s. 132.
