Abstract/Citation: Requires employment contractors to obtain licenses and regulates the conditions for the grants of licenses. If a contracted employee works in a place of work for more than three years, he shall be subject to provisions of any collective agreement which applies to other workers at that workplace. There shall be no stipulations in contracts which prohibit the direct employment of a contracted employee by an employer. Contracted employees shall not replace workers on strike.
