Abstract/Citation: Provides 6 days of sick leave for an employee to care for a sick child, provided that his or her spouse is also employed and is not absent from work under the same entitlement. In cases of a malignant disease and where the employee has worked for the same employer for more than one year, leave of up to 60 days may be granted.
