| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the title of the Act to: Act respecting performers and certain categories of workers. Amends ss. 1 (list of occupations under the scope of the Act), 2(2-3) (rules governing public insurance fund), 3(2) (minimum yearly income to benefit from insurance) and 7(1) (obligation for employer to pay insurance premium). Adds subparagraph 2 to s. 4 (calculation of salary). |
