| Abstract/Citation: | Sets forth obligations during the recruitment process. Prospective employees shall present a workbook; employers shall divulge full details regarding conditions of employment. In cases where more than one applicant is qualified for a position, priority shall be given to war veterans, sick war veterans or members of their families, persons with disabilities, women, and persons who have been unemployed for more than one year. Also regulates the recruitment of Vietnamese employees in export processing zones and industrial zones, and the submission of periodic reports regarding labour and recruitment statistics. |
