Abstract/Citation: Inserts a new paragraph into Art. 65 which provides that the validity of any law made under this Constitution with effect from a date earlier than the day this Constitution commenced shall not be called into question in any court or tribunal on the grounds that it contravenes previous constitutions. Art. 231 is amended to provide that no court shall question as to whether there was consultation with co-operatives, trade unions and socio-economic institutions pursuant to Art. 11. Also adds a par. 4 to Art. 142 regarding protection from deprivation of property.
