Abstract/Citation
Amends the Courts and Court Officers Act, 1995 and the Law Reform Commission Act, 1975. Increases the number of ordinary judges of the High Court to 24 and provides for periods of appointment of judges of the Supreme Court, High Court, circuit court and district court as the presiding judges of each of these courts. Amends the order of precedence of judges of the Supreme Court and High Court.
