Sets forth which medical supplies are to be carried aboard specified categories of ships, including life-boats. Determines which types of ships shall provide a sickbay or a medical doctor on board. Owners of vessels which carry dangerous substances shall also carry specified antidotes. Also provides for the establishment of a radio medical consultation service for seafarers. |
